Warsaw, March 2008 – MDF Representatives participated at the 5 th SPM working group meeting organized by Micro Finance Centre (MFC) from Poland. That was closing meeting of Regional SPM working group, which were formed in the beginning of 2006, with the purpose to initiate SPM introduction into MFIs in several country members. In general, all participants tried to summarize their achievements, as challenges and success factors related to their SPM institutionalization process.

Governance
MDF governance includes the following levels of responsibility: Board of Directors; Supervisor, Executive Director; Program, Finance & Office managers and middle management consisting of Regional Managers at the field.
The Supervisor has independent control role and plays advisory role to the Board and the Executive Director. Internal Auditor controls internal systems and procedures of MDF and reports to the Director and the Board.
